Russell Wilson was surprisingly held out of the preseason opener against the Broncos, but he’s expected to get around a quarter of work in this one, along with most of the other first-teamers. With Geno Smith recovering from minor procedure to remove a cyst, Paxton Lynch will have a chance to build on last week’s performance in his bid for the backup job.

Perfect on his lone series last week (4 for 4, 65 yards, TD), Kirk Cousins will also get more work, and backups Sean Mannion (102 yards, TD) and Kyle Sloter (62 yards, TD) will look to build on solid performances. A reconfigured O-line seeks to maintain its progress after opening up holes for 213 rushing yards against New Orleans.

Expect both teams to hold things back schematically, as the NFC foes will meet in the regular season, on Dec. 2 in Seattle.
