Swingman Norman Powell looks to continue his torrid play when the Toronto Raptors visit the Sacramento Kings on Sunday night. Powell was 13-of-21 shooting while scoring a career-best 37 points in Thursday’s 121-113 road win over the Golden State Warriors to upstage Stephen Curry’s return from injury. Powell has topped the 20-point mark in four consecutive games since returning from a broken finger and is averaging 27.3 points during the stretch.

All-Star point guard Kyle Lowry had 26 points and 10 assists against Golden State to help the Raptors clinch an Eastern Conference playoff spot. Lowry is averaging 27 points over the past two games. Toronto has defeated Sacramento five straight times, including a 124-120 home win on Nov. 6.

Sacramento Kings Preview

The Sacramento Kings aim for their eighth victory in the past 10 games when they host the Toronto Raptors on Sunday night. The Kings continued their torrid play with a solid 123-111 road win over the Portland Trail Blazers on Saturday, and they matched the franchise record by making 21 3-pointers.

Shooting guard Bogdan Bogdanovic matched his career high of seven 3-pointers while contributing 27 points and eight assists, and backup guard Buddy Hield (22 points, six 3-pointers) and small forward Harrison Barnes (20 points, five treys) also had hot hands from long range. Point guard De’Aaron Fox registered 14 points and 11 assists for his first double-double since Feb. 10. The Kings have lost five straight to Toronto, including a 124-120 road loss on Nov. 6.
