Buffalo Bills at New York Giants- week 2

Buffalo Bills Odds

Frank Gore remains the starting running back for the Buffalo Bills, but after going 20 yards on 11 carries it’s evident rookie Devin Singletary will get a longer look. Quarterback Josh Allen could benefit from a strong running game, and Singletary averaged 21 yards per carry in his debut last week against the New York Jets. Allen has shown a knack for delivering the fourth quarter and rallied the Bills from a 16-0 hole in Week 1. The Bills haven’t gone 2-0 to start a season since 2014.  ,

New York Giants odds

The leading narrative in New York this week was getting Saquon Barkley more touches than he received in the Week 1 loss at Dallas. Head coach Pat Shurmur acknowledged Barkley “needs the ball” and that will likely be at the heart of the plan for the Giants this week. That’s partly because the receiver-challenged Giants might not have Sterling Shepard (concussion). Tight end Evan Engram delivered a big game at Dallas but the Bills have the personnel to take him away. Speaking of narratives, it could be shifting this week if the Giants fall to 0-2 with fans instead clamoring for rookie quarterback Daniel Jones to unseat Eli Manning. ,
