Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Atlanta Falcons

Tampa Bay Buccaneers Odds

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have lost five of six games, with the rushing attack completely
drying up after early-season promise. After rushing for 365 yards and a 4.1 average from
Weeks 1-3, the Bucs have just 583 rushing yards and a 3.7 average over the last seven
games. In Sunday’s 34-17 home loss to New Orleans, Tampa Bay ran on just eight of its 61
offensive snaps. Jameis Winston added to his league-leading interception total with four
more, bringing him to a career-high-tying 18 on the season. He has also been sacked 36
times, also a career high and the most sacks taken by any quarterback this season.,

Atlanta Falcons Odds

The Atlanta Falcons have suddenly won consecutive road games in dominant fashion, with
the defensive turnaround a major factor. The unit hasn’t ceded a touchdown in 10 quarters,
dating back to halftime of a loss to Seattle before the bye, after allowing 121 points over the
previous three and a half games. The Falcons had not previously held an opponent under 20
points all season until limiting New Orleans to nine and Carolina to three. Atlanta will face a
third straight division opponent this week, as Tampa Bay visits, and two more will follow in
Weeks 13-14. Each of the Falcons’ next three games are at home.
