Philadelphia 76ers at Miami Heat

Philadelphia 76ers Preview

The Philadelphia 76ers will look to snap a three-game losing streak away from Wells Fargo Center as they continue their road trip with Monday’s visit to the Miami Heat. The 76ers fell to 9-17 on the road this season with a 116-95 loss at Boston on Saturday, two days after Philadelphia lost to struggling Atlanta by 10 points to open a four-game trip.

Al Horford fell one point and one rebound shy of a double-double Saturday. He has four this season, while Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons lead the team with 26 apiece. Josh Richardson has missed four consecutive games with a left hamstring strain. Starting in Richardson’s place, Shake Milton has finished in double figures three times during that span.

The Miami Heat have won nine of their last 10 home games against the Philadelphia 76ers and will look to continue the trend when the teams face off at AmericanAirlines Arena on Monday night. The Heat have shot at least 80 percent from the free-throw line in seven straight games, their longest such streak in 11 seasons. Tyler Herro leads all rookies with 99 made 3-pointers this season.

Kendrick Nunn returned to the starting lineup Saturday after a three-game absence with an injured Achilles tendon. The Heat are 28-3 when out-rebounding their opponent. Forward Justise Winslow has been out for 11 straight games with a bruised lower back.
