NFC Preview

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson will start when the NFC faces the AFC in Sunday afternoon’s Pro Bowl in Orlando. Drew Brees of the New Orleans Saints and Kirk Cousins of the Minnesota Vikings also will play under center for the NFC, which is looking to erase a three-game losing streak in the annual exhibition.

The Vikings lead the NFC with eight representatives at the Pro Bowl, including defensive linemen Danielle Hunter and Everson Griffen. The duo combined for 22.5 sacks this season, including 14.5 from Hunter. Running back Dalvin Cook, another Viking, is the starting running back, while the Saints’ Michael Thomas will lead the receiving group.

AFC Preview

The Baltimore Ravens figure to dominate the sidelines when the AFC kicks off against the NFC in the Pro Bowl on Sunday afternoon in Orlando. Baltimore is sending 12 players to the game, including quarterback Lamar Jackson, who will make his first appearance.

Jackson lamented missing out on the Super Bowl but said he looked forward to his Pro Bowl debut after a regular season in which he passed for 3,127 yards and 36 touchdowns and rushed for 1,206 yards and seven touchdowns. Other quarterbacks on the roster include Deshaun Watson of the Houston Texans and Ryan Tannehill of the Tennessee Titans. The AFC has won three straight Pro Bowls.
