NFL Week One Prop Bet: ATL QB MATT RYAN OVER 275 PASSING YARDS
Matt Ryan is coming off a season in which he came just short of 5,000 passing yards. His season average was 316 passing yards per game. Ryan has plenty of “dirty birds” to pick apart the Minnesota Vikings defense. The Falcons have a couple fantastic wide receivers from Alabama. Julio Jones went off last season as he went for almost 1700 yards and rookie Calvin Ridley had over 800 yards himself. It is possible that Ryan can do better than last year with new offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter at the helm.
Why Take Matt Ryan Over 275 Yards (115) as Your NFL Week 1 Prop Bet
This Vikings team had a very disappointing season a year ago and head coach Mike Zimmer needs to win early or he could be the first head coach fired. The Vikings do have a potent offense and with the special players the Falcons have on offense I see this game being very possibly the most exciting on the day. Running back Devonta Freeman is healthy for the first time in two years and will be a valuable asset for Ryan on swing passes and screens. Expect a wild game in Minnesota where Ryan goes for 315 yards and goes over 275 midway through the fourth quarter
