Harry Gagnon’s Thursday Night Football Prop Bet for Week 4
WINNING MARGIN WAGER:
EAGLES WIN BY 1-13 POINTS +230
This Packer team is getting too much credit for their fortunate 3-0 start. Denver would have beaten then if they didn’t punish themselves last week with turnovers. Also, if Bears quarterback Mitchell Trubisky and Vikings QB Kirk Cousins could make a solid pass the Packers easily could be 0-3.
Green Bay ranks 28th in the league in total yards meanwhile the Eagles are 14th in that category. This is where Philadelphia QB Carson Wentz needs to step up and lead this team to a much-needed victory despite the injuries on the offensive side of the ball. The Eagles are on a two game slide and it would be good to see them establish a solid running game this week that included Jordan Howard.
Green Bay is only 1-5-1 ATS in their last seven games at night. The Eagles are 10-3 straight up in their last 13 games following a loss and are 9-3 straight up in their last 12 night games.
Wentz will create opportunities to score and the Eagles get a road conference win on Thursday night.
PHILADELPHIA EAGLES 24
GREEN BAY PACKERS 20
