The Best Prop Bets for the NFC Championship Game between the Packers and 49ers

Now that there are only three games left in the NFL season, there is only so much we can make from betting on the games themselves. Therefore, we can turn to one of our favorite types of bets; player prop bets. While taking the 49ers overs and Packers unders in their previous matchup would have won you all the money in the world, we cannot necessarily extrapolate from that game and just make the same bets. With that being said, here are the best player prop bets for the NFC Championship Game.

Tevin Coleman Prop Bet: Will Tevin Coleman Score a TD +105

Coleman had a breakout game last week against Minnesota going for 105 yards rushing and two touchdowns. When the Niners played the Green Bay Packers earlier this season, Coleman scored a rushing TD in that game as well. This Green Bay run defense has been far from impressive as it finished the season 23rd in the NFL.

Aaron Rodgers Prop Bet: Over/Under Rodgers 240.5 Passing Yards (-115)

When these two met during the regular season the 49ers defense was amazing, holding Rodgers to only 104 yards passing for the game. Last week we saw a glimpse of how fast and special this 49ers defense can be against the Minnesota Vikings play action heavy offense. My feel is that they will be even better in the NFC Championship game and dominate Aaron Rodgers and the Packers passing O. The Packers are fortunate that Seattle called awful offensive plays in the first half last week. There were plenty of games this year Rodgers not only went under 240 but at times didn’t even come close. Take the under at -115.

Aaron Rodgers Prop Bet: Will Rodgers Throw an Interception +130

Nick Bosa, Fred Warner (who led SF in tackles with 118) and the rest of the 49ers defense will swarm Rodgers into some desperate throws and at some point they will pick him off. In the earlier meeting this season, they put constant pressure on Rodgers and sacked him five times. In championship games sometimes teams/players get desperate and the Niners will force him into tough situations. We all know Richard Sherman would love nothing more than to pick Rodgers off and make his return to the Super Bowl. Take Rodgers throwing an interception at +130.

George Kittle Prop Bet: Kittle Over/Under 70.5 Receiving Yards –(115)

Kittle was held in check in last week’s win against the Vikings but when he faced the Packers in the regular season it was a totally different story. Kittle went off that game for 129 yards receiving and a 61–yard touchdown scamper. This is the time to shine and he will play a big part on Sunday in the Niners offensive attack and ending o the Packers season. Roll with the best tight end in football and take Kittle’s OVER 70.5 receiving yards.
