MOST RUSHING YARDS ON THANKSGIVING DAY:

DAVID MONTGOMERY +500
DEVIN SINGLETARY +600
DEVONTA FREEMAN +1500
The Play:
BUFFALO BILLS DEVIN SINGLETARY +600
Before I get to why I like the Bills Devin Singletary, I’d like to share why I don’t care for the others to be the leading rusher on Thanksgiving Day. For the third straight game, the Cowboys’ Ezekiel Elliott failed to reach 100 yards and will be facing the third best defense in the league in the Buffalo Bills. The Lions’ Bo Scarbrough has been playing well, but with the Lions down to possibly their backup’s backup quarterback, the Bears can plug up the front and stuff the run all day. That means the Bears are going to try and force third string quarterback David Blough to make plays with his arm and stay away from Scarbrough.
On the other side of the ball for the Bears, they have not been able to run the ball all season. Tarik Cohen and David Montgomery have had long, sad seasons for Chicago and—even after playing the poor defense of the Giants—the Bears and Montgomery never could get anything going on the ground. Moving on to the last game of the night, Alvin Kamara of the Saints has been getting back into the groove, but is still sharing time with Latavius Murray, which takes away from his usual touches.

Why Alvin Kamara and Devin Singletary are the Best Thanksgiving Day Prop Bets
I will say at +470, that play is decent value considering the Saints having a solid offense and—at any given time—we could see the Alvin Kamara of last year who ripped up defenses. The Atlanta Falcons Devonta Freeman has had a disappointing season on the ground and is now questionable to play with a nagging injury with Brian Hill maybe slotting in and has had a terrible time as a plug in running back.
The Bills Devin Singletary is turning into the main piece of the Buffalo Bills offense. He has been sneaky good as of late, with a 5.8 yards a carry average and more than a 100 yards and a score last week versus the Broncos. That game came after another stellar performance a few weeks back against the Redskins where he punched the ball into the endzone while almost eclipsing the 100-yard plateau. This Bills team is 5th in the league in rushing and should continue to do damage on the ground and pound the ball meaning you’re going to win this fun Thanksgiving Day Prop Bet.
The Prediction:
123 Yards –Devin Singletary
