Harry Gagnon’s Best Parlay Bets of Week 14

The Best NFL Parlay Bets for Week 14

The Games:

Houston Texans -550 vs. Denver Broncos

Minnesota Vikings -850 Vikings vs. Detroit Lions

Green Bay Packers -800 vs. Washington Redskins

Philadelphia Eagles -400 vs. New York Giants

Denver Broncos at Houston Texans

The Houston Texans are coming off back–to–back primetime victories and still hold a one game lead in the AFC South over the Tennessee Titans. Since getting by Baltimore, Texans quarterback DeShaun Watson has accounted for six touchdowns in the two wins. The Texans are 13-3 straight up in their last 16 games as a favorite while the Broncos are just 2-12 in their last 14 as a road underdog. Even more noticeable, the Broncos are 2-6 straight up on the road in their last eight games in December.

Prediction:

28 Houston Texans

16 Denver Broncos

Detroit Lions at Minnesota Vikings

The Vikings are undefeated at home and the Lions have issues at quarterback and are now on quarterback No. 3 on the year. Even though Minnesota took the L against the Seattle Seahawks in Seattle, you would be wise to remember what happened the last time these two teams played; Minnesota rolled the Lions earlier this season in Detroit. Looking at the bigger picture, Minnesota needs the victory to stay on the Packers heels for the division title.

The Prediction:

31 Minnesota Vikings

10 Detroit Lions

Washington Redskins at Green Bay Packer

The Green Bay Packers and quarterback Aaron Rodgers looked great again last week, but I guess playing the New York Giants defense would do that for just about any team. Even with all the snow and rain coming down in New York last week, Rodgers still had four touchdown passes while Devonte Adams looked as good and healthy as he has all season long. Although the Washington Redskins have actually won two in a row that streak will end on Sunday.

The Prediction:

24 Green Bay Packers

13 Washington Redskins

New York Giants at Philadelphia Eagles

It needs to be said; the New York Giants defense is one of the worst in football. In five of the last seven losses for the Giants they have allowed at least 31 points in those games. On the other end, the Eagles have scored at least 27 points in four consecutive games versus the Giants. Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz also looked good on Sunday against the Dolphins, throwing for three touchdowns against the Dolphins in the surprising loss. Wentz’s passing should continue in a big way against the Giants poor secondary. Also, the New York Giants are 3-12 straight up in their last 15 divisional games and have lost five straight to Philadelphia.

The Prediction:

34 Philadelphia Eagles

17 New York Giants
